2. General Information on Data Processing

We process users’ personal data strictly in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, adhering to principles of data minimization and purpose limitation. This means data is processed only when legally permitted, specifically when necessary for the provision of our contractual services, online services, or upon obtaining explicit consent.

We implement organizational, contractual, and technical security measures in line with the current state of technology to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and to protect the data we process against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.

If, within the scope of this Privacy Policy, tools, content, or other means from third-party providers are integrated, and their headquarters are located outside the European Union, it is assumed that a data transfer to third-party countries occurs. Data transmission to third countries takes place only on the basis of legal authorization, user consent, or contractual agreements ensuring the required level of data protection.

Personal data will be deleted once it has fulfilled its purpose, provided there are no statutory retention obligations preventing deletion.

  • Date and time of access
  • Transferred data volume
  • Message regarding successful retrieval

5. Cookies & Performance Measurement

Cookies are small text files sent from our web server or third-party servers to users’ browsers and stored for later retrieval. Users will be informed about cookie usage, including pseudonymous performance measurement, within this Privacy Policy.

Our online services can be accessed without cookies. Users who do not wish to have cookies stored on their devices can disable the relevant option in their browser settings. Stored cookies can be deleted in browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our services.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses cookies to collect information about users’ interaction with our online offering. This information is typically transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

On our behalf, Google processes this information to evaluate user activity, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles may be created from the processed data.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means users’ IP addresses are shortened within the EU or EEA before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to Google servers in the USA and shortened there.

Users can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting their browser settings. They can also prevent Google from collecting and processing their data by downloading and installing this browser plugin: Google Opt-Out.

For more information on Google’s data use for advertising and opt-out options, visit:

7. Google Re/Marketing Services

We use Google Marketing Services, including Google AdWords and Google Remarketing, to deliver targeted advertisements that align with users’ interests. Google employs cookies to track interactions, analyze user behavior, and display personalized ads.

These cookies store information such as pages visited, user interests, technical details about browsers and devices, and IP addresses (anonymized). Google processes this data pseudonymously, meaning it is not linked directly to an individual user.

If users wish to opt out of Google’s personalized advertising, they can manage their preferences here:

8. Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“Plugins”) provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd. (“Facebook”). These are identifiable by the Facebook logo (white “f” on a blue background or a thumbs-up icon).

When users interact with a page containing Facebook plugins, their device establishes a direct connection with Facebook servers. Facebook receives data regarding the page visit, and if the user is logged into Facebook, this interaction is linked to their profile.

To avoid this, users must log out of their Facebook account before visiting our website and delete their cookies.

For more information, visit:

9. Facebook Remarketing

We use the Facebook Pixel, a tool from Facebook that helps display targeted advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) to users who have visited our website. This ensures ads align with user interests and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

The data collected is anonymous to us but is stored and processed by Facebook. Users can manage their ad preferences on Facebook here:

10. Newsletter

To subscribe to our newsletter, users need to provide a valid email address. Subscriptions follow a Double-Opt-In process to verify consent. Statistical analysis tools track newsletter performance, including email opens and clicked links, to improve content.

Users can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

11. Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

We may include content from third-party providers, such as fonts (Google Fonts), videos (YouTube), or maps (Google Maps), which require users’ IP addresses to display content. These providers may also set cookies.

For details, refer to:

12. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as correction, deletion, or restriction of its processing. They may also object to processing and file complaints with the relevant data protection authority.

Data is deleted when no longer required for its original purpose and legal retention periods do not prevent deletion.

13. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or data processing practices. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly. Changes that require user consent will only be implemented with prior agreement.
