The provision of the brokered service as such is not part of our contractual obligations.
The information (prices, etc.) about the brokered service providers is based exclusively on the information provided to us by the responsible service providers. We are not liable for the proper provision of the service by the service provider for the brokered services.
We expressly exclude liability for claims based on the provision of treatment by medical institutions. The decision on the type of medical treatment is made exclusively by the customer. In particular, we exclude liability for treatment errors. The operation, the associated medical pre- and post-treatment and any other ancillary medical services are third-party services that can also only be arranged. The customer concludes a contract for this part of the trip with the clinic.
